FAQ
- Is the permanent Basic plan really permanent?
- Yes. Once granted it has no expiry date and stays active for as long as the service runs — nothing to renew, and it never falls back to Free.
- Will my models be deleted when my plan expires?
- No. Your quota drops back to the Free tier and you cannot upload new models, but existing models and share links you already sent stay viewable through the grace period. Renewing restores everything immediately.
- How do I pay?
- Plans are activated offline for now: contact us to confirm the tier and term, and we will enable it on your account. Online payment is not available yet.
