Terms of Service

1. What this service is

We provide online viewing of building and steel structure models: you upload an IFC (or GLB/GLTF) file, we convert it into a format suited to web rendering, and you and the people you choose can inspect element marks, sections, materials and weights in a browser, and use measuring, sectioning, health checks, clash detection, part drawings and quantity take-off.

It is not modelling software, and it does not replace detailing software, structural analysis or drawing approval processes. We do not provide design, detailing, drawing review or engineering consultancy through this site.

2. Accounts

• One account per person. Everything done under your account is treated as done by you, so keep your password, passkeys and signed-in devices to yourself.
• You need a working email address: conversion results, share expiry and plan expiry notices all go there.
• Tell us as soon as you suspect your account has been taken over. We cannot undo actions taken before we hear from you.
• You can close your account at any time. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Notice.

3. Your models stay yours

The files and models you upload, and the annotations, dimensions and progress records you create on them, remain yours (or belong to whoever gave you the file). Uploading gives us no ownership of them.

So that we can run the service, you allow us to store, convert, render and transmit that content as needed — converting IFC to a web format, generating thumbnails, serving the model to whoever opens a share link you created. That permission exists only to provide the service to you.

Please make sure you are allowed to upload the file. Models usually come from a client or designer, and putting one on a third-party platform may need their agreement. Disputes over rights in uploaded content are the uploader's responsibility.

Models are private by default. You can publish to the community for signed-in users, or to the public gallery for everyone. Gallery models can enter both the model and builder rankings; community models count only toward the builder ranking, and hidden weight is excluded. You can withdraw a publication at any time and disable its share link separately. Withdrawing a community publication keeps the link's sign-in requirement.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not use the service to:

• Upload files you have no right to upload, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or trade secrets.
• Upload unlawful content, or use share links for unlawful purposes.
• Circumvent, probe or attack access controls, quota limits or billing.
• Scrape the site in bulk, or consume conversion capacity at a rate far beyond normal use.
• Resell or sublicense the service, or run an equivalent service on top of it (enterprise and private deployment partnerships are welcome — just talk to us).

We may suspend or terminate an account after notice for any of the above, and may act first and notify afterwards where the risk is urgent.

5. Plans and payment

• There is a free plan and several paid plans. What each includes is set out on the pricing page.
• There is no online payment. Paid plans are arranged directly with us and activated on our side.
• When a plan expires we do not delete your data; your account simply falls back to free-plan capabilities and quota. Renewing restores everything immediately.
• Moving to a lower plan only affects new actions. Existing share links and uploaded models are not affected retroactively.
• We may change what each plan includes and what it costs. Changes do not apply retroactively to a billing period already paid for.

6. What automated analysis is worth

Model health checks, clash and clearance detection, part drawings, quantity take-off and version comparison are automatic calculations run against the model you uploaded, using published criteria. Their output depends on the model: what is not in the model cannot be found, and what is wrong in the model will be carried through.

These results are for review and cross-checking only. They are not a basis for fabrication, cutting, erection or acceptance, and they are not a design review opinion. Production must follow signed drawings and your own works procedures.

7. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Our availability targets, maintenance windows and response times are described in the Service Level Statement. The free plan carries no availability target. If you need a written, remedy-backed service level agreement, that comes with enterprise or private deployment.

We may add, change or retire features. Where retiring a feature affects data you already have, we will say so in advance in the changelog and by email.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
• We may terminate the service for a serious breach of these terms; any paid but unused plan time is refunded pro rata.
• If we decide to shut the service down altogether, we will give at least 30 days' notice and keep export working throughout.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, schedule delay or data loss arising from use of the service. For direct loss attributable to us, our liability is capped at the fees you actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. We accept no monetary liability for use of the free plan.

None of this excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will try to settle any dispute by discussion first; failing that, it goes to the competent court where the service provider is located.

11. Changes and contact

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service means accepting the new version; if you do not accept it, you can stop using the service and close your account.
