Privacy Notice

Effective 2026-09-04

This notice explains what information we hold, what we do with it and how long we keep it. We have given "what happens after you delete a model" its own section, because that is where notices like this usually go vague.

1. The short version

  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use your model content for ad targeting.
  • Models are private by default. Unless you turn on sharing or public display, nobody else can reach them.
  • We do not look inside your models unless you ask for support and authorise it, or the law requires it.
  • You can delete models, download your originals and close your account at any time.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: email, username, display name, avatar, and any passkey credentials you register. Passwords are stored irreversibly; we cannot read them.
  • What you upload: the model file itself, plus everything derived from it during conversion (web rendering format, element properties, thumbnails, health and clash results, and the annotations and dimensions you add).
  • Usage and security logs: access times, IP address and the approximate region inferred from it, browser and device type, and key actions such as upload, conversion, sharing and sign-in. Used for troubleshooting, abuse prevention and statistics.
  • Notification preferences and time zone: whether we email you about conversions, share expiry and plan expiry, and which time zone those emails use.
  • Correspondence: the company name, contact name and contact details you give us through the enterprise enquiry form or other channels.

We do not collect identity documents, biometrics, precise location or payment card details — there is no online payment on this site.

3. What we do with it

  • Run the service: convert models, render pages, and serve models to the people your share settings allow.
  • Send necessary notices: conversion results, share and plan expiry reminders, and account security emails.
  • Keep things safe and fair: spot unusual sign-ins, block abuse, enforce quotas and plan limits.
  • Improve the product: aggregate statistics on which features get used and which models convert slowly.

4. Where it is stored

Data is held on servers and cloud storage inside mainland China, and travels over HTTPS. Internal access is limited to what is needed to operate the service, and operational access is logged.

5. How long we keep it — and what deletion means

When you delete a model, everything derived from it goes immediately: the web rendering format, element properties, thumbnails, health and clash results and share links. Nobody can reach it afterwards.

The original file you uploaded is not destroyed at that same moment. It is detached from your account — it no longer counts towards your quota and no longer appears anywhere in the product — and is kept for a period to help us improve how we process models. It is never served to anyone and powers no user-facing feature.

You can ask us to destroy it outright at any time; we will do so and confirm in writing, using the contact details below. When you close your account, your models and derived data are deleted and your account details are cleared after the retention needed for reconciliation and security; the same applies there.

Separately, so that we can recover from failures, we take a database backup once a day and keep 14 days of them. A deletion works its way out of the backups within that window. Log data is normally kept for a few months for troubleshooting and security.

6. Who we share it with

  • Cloud and email providers, acting on our instructions for storage and delivery and for nothing else.
  • People you choose: whoever you give a share link to, add to your team, or make a model public for.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect someone's vital interests.

Beyond that, we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or model content.

7. Your rights

  • See and correct: change your email, username, display name and notification preferences in settings.
  • Export: download the original files you uploaded, at any time.
  • Delete: remove a single model, remove several at once, or close the account entirely.
  • Withdraw: turn off a share link, turn off public display, leave a team, or turn off email notifications.
  • Complain: if you think we are handling personal information badly, contact us and we will respond within 15 working days.

8. Cookies

We only use cookies the service needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering language and theme, and the sign-in anti-bot pass. There are no third-party advertising cookies. Blocking these cookies makes signing in impossible.

9. Minors

This service is aimed at people working in the construction industry, not at minors. If we find we have collected a minor's information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes and contact

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the product or by email. For any question or request about personal information, contact us through the enterprise and private deployment page.
