钢结构防腐涂装的基本配套：钢材除锈后先涂底漆、再涂中间漆。左边用一块钢板剥开每一层，右边用一段钢梁示意涂装样板。

Key points

底漆施工前先做表面处理，可机械除锈也可手工除锈；表面不得留有焊渣、焊疤、灰尘、油污、水和毛刺。
除锈到涂底漆的间隔宜控制在 4 h 内；在车间里或天气干燥晴朗时也不要超过 12 h，否则钢面会返锈。
涂装环境温度宜在 5–38 ℃，相对湿度不大于 85%，构件表面不能结露；涂完 4 h 内要防雨淋。
涂料品种、涂装遍数和厚度按设计要求。设计没有规定时，干膜总厚度室外 150 μm、室内 125 μm，允许偏差 −25 μm。
图中层厚做了放大：底漆、中间漆单层一般只有几十微米。
