箱形钢柱的工地对接：四个柱面外侧各设一组临时连接耳板，用双夹板和普通螺栓把上下节柱固定，柱内壁贴焊接垫板，四面坡口焊缝全熔透焊接。

上节柱的吊点设在柱子上部，用四个临时连接耳板起吊；耳板同时承担就位后的临时连接。
吊装前把下节柱顶面和上节柱底面的渣土、浮锈清除干净，保证上下对接面接触顶紧。
柱子就位后，上节柱中心线要与下节柱吻合并四面兼顾；双夹板平稳插入下节柱对应的安装耳板，穿好连接螺栓，把临时夹板连接牢固后再焊接。
箱形柱内壁的焊接垫板要在工厂贴紧焊好，位置对准坡口根部，否则根部容易焊不透。
四个柱面宜对称、同时施焊，及时测量垂直度，避免焊接收缩把柱子拉偏。
