Erection order (3 steps)

次梁腹板用高强螺栓挂在主梁腹板的耳板上，只传剪力不传弯矩；次梁上下翼缘不与主梁连接，主梁腹板两侧设竖向加劲板，下方可焊一块托板方便安装就位。

Key points

只有次梁腹板参与连接，所以次梁端部可以自由转动，按简支梁计算，节点构造最省料。
耳板和加劲板在工厂焊好，现场次梁落在托板上，对孔后穿螺栓，不需要焊接作业。
耳板可按设计要求做成单耳板或双耳板，双耳板夹持腹板，受力对称、抗扭性更好。
次梁端部上翼缘与主梁之间要留出足够间隙，避免次梁转动时翼缘互相顶住而变成半刚接。
高强螺栓由连接板中部向外逐排拧紧。
